Hiya!

My name is Lauren, but I bet you already knew that. I have loved taking pictures from as far back as I can remember. It started with pictures in nature, the little details like the glistening of dew drops on flower petals that are easily overlooked. The colors of the sunset where no two are ever alike. And then I became a mom and suddenly realized I wanted to freeze every moment that I could of my daughter. That taking pictures of people brought me just as much joy as nature, because I could capture connections and moments you could look back on. Photography for me is still the often overlooked little details, the eyes that are filled with joy when you smile, the dimpled hands of a toddler, the sweet caresses of a lover. These are the things that keep me coming back for more. I also have a love/obsession with flowers. Part of the fascination  is that there are so many varieties, even if they all fall under the same type or category. Each session is treated the same. It's your story, not a Pinterest replica. So what makes your session or wedding stand out is that it's uniquely yours.
